GroundControl® Multi
The latest addition to the award-winning GroundControl® Followspot System lineup - GroundControl Multi: Designed for ultimate flexibility, efficiency and precision, GroundControl® Multi transforms any moving light—spot, beam, or wash—into a followspot, enabling seamless coordination of up to 100 fixtures (from various manufacturers) from a single GroundControl® Controller. Setup take minutes instead of hours—no antennas, expensive laser distos, or complex camera alignments required.
Technical characteristics and features
The system consists of five key components:
- GC Multi Server
- GC Followspot Controller
- One automated luminaire modified for use with the GroundControl Followspot System
- Up to 99 standard automated luminaires
- GC Truss Box
Fixture control can be easily switched between a lighting console and the GroundControl Multi system. This system transforms any moving light into a followspot, allowing seamless coordination of multiple followspots with a single operator from any location.
